Delete Your Account
You can delete your PFL Fantasy account at any time, from inside the app or by email. Deletion is immediate and permanent, and it does not require you to contact us first.
Delete from inside the app
- Open PFL Fantasy and sign in.
- Go to the More tab.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account, shown in red.
- Tap Continue on the "Delete account?" prompt.
- Tap Delete on the "Final confirmation" prompt. Your account and the data listed below are deleted straight away, and you are signed out on every device.
Delete by email
If you can no longer sign in, email support@mislifantasy.com from the address on the account, with the subject "Delete my account". We verify that the request comes from the account holder and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your email address, password, and any Google or Apple sign-in identity linked to the account.
- Your team, squads, transfers, captain picks, points, and matchday history.
- Your mini-league and head-to-head memberships, and all of your predictions.
- Your notifications, notification settings, badges, and saved 2x picks.
- Your push notification tokens and all signed-in sessions.
- The IP address and browser or device user agent recorded when you signed up.
Because your team is removed, your account no longer appears in any leaderboard, league table, or head-to-head standing.
What is kept, and for how long
- A record that the account existed. We keep the account's internal id and creation date, with the email address replaced by a placeholder that cannot receive mail. Nothing remains that can be used to sign in, and the original address is freed so it can be used to register again.
- Which campaign the signup came from (for example the advertising source and the country), kept indefinitely as an aggregate business record. This describes the campaign, not you, and is no longer linked to any contactable identifier.
- Leagues you created pass to their longest-standing remaining member rather than being deleted, so that other players do not lose a league they joined. A league with no members left is deleted.
- Head-to-head fixtures already played are released to your opponents so their results and standings stay intact.
- Chat messages you posted in a league remain visible to that league.
- Security and moderation logs are kept with your account reference removed.
- Analytics and crash reports held by our processors are deleted on their own schedule, within 12 months.
