Prizes and terms
PFL Fantasy is free to play. There is no entry fee and no cash prize. Prizes are goods handed over together with our partner Fanshop: football shirts, scarves and discount codes at the shop. This page explains who wins what and how a prize is collected.
End of season prizes
Seven prizes are awarded once the final round of the season has been scored:
- 1st in the overall table: a shirt printed with a name and number, plus a club scarf.
- 2nd in the overall table: a shirt plus a club scarf.
- 3rd in the overall table: a shirt.
- Manager Cup winner: a shirt.
- Global Head to Head winner: a shirt.
- Predictor season winner: a shirt.
- Fanshop League winner: a shirt.
Every winner picks the shirt from Fanshop's range, any club. If the club they want is not in stock, PFL Fantasy sources it separately. One manager can win more than one prize: topping the table and winning the Cup earns both.
Every round: discount codes
Each round two winners receive a 10% discount code for a shirt at Fanshop: the manager with the highest fantasy score of the round and the user with the highest predictor score of the round.
- The code is sent as an in-app notification once the round is finally scored. Final scoring happens after player ratings, man of the match and bonus points have landed, usually a few days after the round's last match.
- A code is single use, belongs to the winner only, and is valid for 30 days from the day it is sent.
- The code is quoted to Fanshop when ordering. Fanshop checks it against its list; a code not on the list is void.
- A code has no cash value, cannot be combined with other discounts and cannot be passed on.
How winners are decided
- Overall table: total points over every round of the season, as shown on the global table in the app after the last round is scored.
- Manager Cup and Global Head to Head: the final result of those competitions in the app.
- Predictor: first place on the season predictor leaderboard.
- Fanshop League: first place in that mini league's final standings. The join code is shared on Fanshop's Instagram page.
- Round winner: the highest score in that round. On a tie, the account that registered earlier wins.
- The median credit given to managers who join late does not count toward a round win; a round winner is decided on points scored with a real squad only. In the season table the credit counts as the app shows it.
Who is eligible
- One account per person. Multiple accounts belonging to one person, test accounts and deleted accounts cannot win.
- Accounts of the PFL Fantasy team and of Fanshop staff cannot win.
- An account that breaks the rules (for example league manipulation through fake accounts) is excluded from prizes.
How to collect a prize
- Winners are announced by team name in the app and on both Instagram pages (@pfl_fantasy, @fanshopaz_).
- To claim, the winner follows @pfl_fantasy and @fanshopaz_ and comments on the winner post. This is how we confirm who the winner is.
- The winner contacts us within 14 days of the announcement: through the support section in the app, support@pfl_fantasy.com or Instagram. If there is no contact within 14 days, the prize passes to the next place in the table.
- Shirts and scarves are collected from Fanshop in Baku. Delivery for winners outside Baku can be arranged.
- A prize has no cash value and cannot be transferred. Shirt sizes are those Fanshop has available.
- A photo is taken at handover with the winner's consent and shared on both pages. Declining the photo does not affect the prize.
Changes
If the shop's range or a competition format changes during the season, a prize may be replaced with another item of equal value. Such a change is announced in advance on this page and in the app. A prize already announced for a winner does not change.
